STEWART RAWSON

The director and owner, Stewart Rawson, guides the members of the Perth Renovations Co team towards success. He grew up in a family where everyone is hardworking and motivated, which are his main traits, as well.

His destiny was in the construction industry. He worked as a plumber in 2004 and acquired his licence in 2009. Then, he found his way into renovations, which sparked his passion.

He founded CPMS Plumbing and Renovations, which was initially a plumbing and maintenance company. Finally, he established Perth Renovations Co, which is now one of the most reputable renovation companies in the city.

Kristyn Rawson

KRISTYN RAWSON

Kristyn is one of the owners of Perth Renovations Co. Before starting the company, she had other previous jobs in finance, particularly as a mortgage loan consultant. Then, she became a project manager for a few years. Kristyn is highly experienced in renovations. Part of her being a project manager involved refurbishing a three-story facility in Canberra and coordinating with a construction and work team.

Her past work has helped her develop and further improve her abilities in heading a project. But perhaps the best skill she has acquired is her dedication to serving customers. Her attention to detail strengthens the company’s strengths, especially in minimising the risk of errors.

SALLY BROTHERS

Sally is Perth Renovations Co’s expert in interior design. It is not just a profession for her but a real passion. Her realisation for her creativity started when she was young. She believes it is her mother who inspired her because of the frequent renovations that took place in their own home.

Originally from Melbourne, Sally first thought of becoming a furniture designer but later switched to interior design, which she studied for three years at the RMIT. She also finished a one-year course for Victorian and Federation Restoration. Whether she is working for a homeowner or a business, she is always ready to provide a stunning result.
